Recently, I vowed that I was done taking courses. Give me an award for best in taking courses, you won't be wrong.
Name it, free courses, paid courses, Coursera, HubSpot, Alison. I am a course taker.
However, I wanted to do more than take courses. I wanted to implement the things I have learned and the plan was to work on personal projects.
To get this decision stamped, a friend of mine recently got an internship with the Bank of America, works with a company raising funds for tech startups, and does other wonderful things by the side.
He doesn't take courses. The only way he learns is by implementing. Although, he read articles to get insight into certain things.
I was amazed, all of his brainsss and it's from doing. That's beautiful.
However, we all are different. You could be him and learn on the go, or you may need to take courses before starting.
No matter what you are learning, you don't have to work or intern before you amass experience. Of course, real-life projects may be more complex, but you already know the right steps to take.
I am currently in that place, therefore, I understand the fear of starting.
There is an overwhelming feeling, because all of the knowledge you've amassed seems inapplicable, but you can do it.
Utilize your web browser and YouTube. Ask questions. Yes, google exists, but nothing beats experience.
Actualize by doing, my lovely.

PS: I downloaded a wallpaper for my PC that says " Dreams don't work unless you do."
