People tell you different things about how to be successful.
Some say, to be successful, you have to burn the midnight candle, and sleep less. You also have to work your ass off.
Others say you have to prioritize at least 8 hours of sleep in a day, be easy on yourself, and practice self-care.
But for me, success has no rules.
Do what works best for you. It's about studying you and understanding your pattern, and choosing what you wish to prioritize.
You could be an all-nighter, 3 hours of sleep may be good for you to function for the next 21 hours.
I am not trying to dispute scientific facts about what 8 hours do for you. But what works best for you, you know it.
You need to stop working against your body and mind.
If your body cares about rest, take it! Then find the pattern that works best for you.
If you are naturally active, take advantage of it Omo Iyami.
On second thought, what does success mean to you?
While some variables may be similar to the other's person definition, it still differs.
While you and the next person thinks of wealth as success, one person wants to be Bill Gate, and the other just want to have enough to live a comfortable life.
You may want to live in the kind of house that is worth billions of dollars, and drive Volkswagen. While the other person is cool with a 3-bedroom apartment and has a good car.
Why then do we create rules for success that plays out differently?
Success has no rules, my gee. Dedicate what you are willing to dedicate to attain the success you envision.
The only consistent rules of success I know of are effort and consistency.
And even these two, you can choose what it means to you.
That's all
What does success mean to you? I am curious. Write to me please.

Nice Piece Aisha, Thank you for sharing this
And I completely agree with you.
As for me, success means me being able to get or achieve what I want at the time when I want it.
That's just simply it, I don't really have a specific definition of what I must have before I can tag myself as being successful.
This came right in time. Success truly has no rule. What works for A might not work for B.
